The Brig is a secret (not anymore) underground bar serving the most delicious ‘made from scratch’, ‘no nasty syrups here’ cocktails. Not just that, they are so reasonably priced you’ll be thinking they’ve left half your drinks off the bill and if you don’t say something you’ll be robbing them. This dark wooden cavern is like getting slightly tipsy in the lower deck of pirate ship. It’s atmospheric lighting and little nooks and crannies make it a lovely, intimate space. In addition to delicious cocktails, The Brig also offer a great menu which is also really, really, really well priced. Our favourite thing on the menu was the slow roast pulled lamb and sticky ribs with chunky chips. So if you’ve done your fine dining restaurant and actually fancy a really chilled out night in a place you could only find in Falmouth, get yourself down to the Brig. It’s a treasure me ‘arties!
