To Book
* You will be asked for your card details to secure the booking.
* Your card will be pre authorised for the full amount. No money will be removed from your card at time of booking.
* Your full amount is due 7 days before your stay.
* 7 days before your stay you will receive an email asking you to make payment. If you ignore the email the amount pre authorised on the card at time of booking will be charged in full.
* Details are kept secure and encrypted in STRIPE.

You can also email us but it may take longer to get a response and you may risk loosing your preferred room whilst you wait. If you wish to email us, please include: room type, dates required, number of people staying and your contact details. Please check the FAQs for information on our child policy, pet policy, check in times etc if the telephone lines are closed.

Note: because we do not have a family room we are unable to accept children under the age of 12 years without exception. Please note the maximum occupancy of each room: see each room page.
We do not accept dogs except aid dogs which are free of charge but please call to book.
