We know that this time of year healthy eating and living is important after the excesses of the Christmas break.
Well certainly a good dose of fresh Cornish sea air will kick start any health regime, but we thought we’d help with the food side.
Here are a couple of healthy breakfast options we have added to our breakfasts to stop you from straying off your new year resolutions as soon as you step over the Tamar.
Healthy -Banana & Cinnamon Porridge:
Delicious rolled oats cooked with milk , banana and touch of cinnamon – we can add a drizzle of maple syrup if you feel like being a bit naughty??!!
Healthy (almost) – Porridge & Cornish clotted cream
Rolled oats cooked with whole milk and served with a dollop of yummy Cornish Clotted Cream
(okay we said we’d help but we didn’t promise to save you!)
We put a load of healthy seeds into this and cook them until they’re good and crunchy- top with our homemade fruit compot, Greek yogurt & a drizzle of mapl syrup if you dare.
Of course you can try our other cooked daily special or as it is the most important meal of the day and you’re bound to burn those calories off go the full English allowing you to try the kernow Cornish sausage, delicious free range bacon and scrummy barn eggs!!
