We feel it’s as much our role to introduce you to Cornwall, especially Falmouth and West Cornwall, as it is to Highcliffe.
We would like your stay with us to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience so we hope to inform you through this blog of what Cornwall has to offer, why it is such a beautiful and unique county and why it is such a popular destination that draws people in and keeps them returning year after year.
We are a couple that are passionate about the local culture, the miles and miles of incredible coastline, the wonderful food experience, the charming locals, outstanding events and all year round things to do and see down here and we’d like to pass this passion onto you.
Falmouth
A town that offers more than your usual Cornish harbour village – it has two locations , town & harbour, beach & sea an incredible peninsular with King Henri’s Pendennis Castle on it. A University that is part of Exeter University keeping the town buzzing through – out the year. A large working docks that always keeps the harbour busy and full of amazing sights. The National Maritime Museum not just housed in an award winning designed building but is also an award winning attraction.
Some of the most colourful and vibrant events held in Cornwall, which we will keep you up to date with on our events page and closer to each event we will publish details on this blog for you.
Did we mention the fantastic choice of quality restaurants offering the best local fresh produce and winning awards for their efforts, the busy high street with it’s innovative and individual collection of shops…We didn’t mention any of the above, well you’ll just have to pop down and see us then…
