Penthouse SuiteFrom its elevated position on our second floor this seaside chic penthouse allows you to enjoy unspoilt 180 degree views of Falmouth’s town and harbour.
Designed to showcase the beautiful town and harbour of Falmouth whilst providing you with comfort, space and modern day luxuries.
By day you can see which new boats have arrived in the harbour and by night see the harbour lights across the water or lie under the roof window and do some star gazing.
The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa and offers a 32″ Digital/DVD & TV to watch if, on the rare occasion you’re not looking out at the view you fancy a movie. For real luxury, remote control lighting means you don’t have to get up from your seat or bed if you don’t want to.
This open plan room comes with a super king size bed for the ultimate sleep: a pocket sprung mattress in a low base so you can see out to the view, and large ensuite with a walk in shower big enough for two.
This is the largest room in the house and is absolutely perfect for a long stay or a short stay treat.
If you want that something special then why not book this room, it’s like having your own amphitheatre surrounded by Falmouth.
Called “The Penthouse” as Room 7 is at the top of the house and is the best room in the house. This does mean that you will need to think about another room if you think you might struggle with stairs. The bed is a hard divan base so although it’s 20 centimetres lower than our other beds, it is still supportive for those who need to think about health concerns. But……the extra 12 steps mean mega gorgeous views but 2 flights of stairs. For any real concerns please consider room 2 which is totally fancy and spacious for longs stays but on the 1st floor. You are always best to call us so we can help you fully.

All Highcliffe customers receive a 10% club card to spend during your stay.

Terms & Conditions
To secure an advance reservation:-
Once you have found your room and choosen to book you will be asked for your card details in order to secure the reservation.
The amount equal to the first night’s stay will be taken from your card. This deposit is non refundable.
Card details will be kept securely using STRIPE and used to pay the full balance 7 days before your stay, in case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to your stay, alteration less than 7 days before your stay or additional purchases while you stay. Card details are deleted securely upon your departure. Through this process Highcliffe is GDPR and PCI Compliant. No member of the Highcliffe team is able to access your full card details.
We do not accept AMEX, cheque, bank transfer or postal order.
What if you want to change your card? When the balance is due – 7 days before your arrival – you will be sent an email message with an easy click ‘pay now’ button. If you do not pay the pre authorisation will be charged.
No exceptions will be made to the terms and conditions.
I want to cancel : No reason for cancellation is ever a nice one and often arises because of devastating personal circumstance or a change of plan last minute. Please remove the costly problem of cancelling your holiday by taking out insurance, however unlikely you think your cancellation may be. PLEASE TAKE OUT INSURANCE AS SOON AS YOU BOOK in order to cover yourself fully. Please understand that you were made aware of these terms at time of booking in order for us to save your room for you. Please don’t ask us to void our terms and conditions. Verbal abuse will be reported.
“Why should you keep the deposit? That’s not fair.” If you agree with that statement, do not book a room with a deposit attached. There are plenty of offers that charge you more for your room without a deposit. If you clicked the ‘I agree with the terms and conditions’ box then you waivered your right to argue for your deposit to be returned in favour of a more desirable rate.
Travel insurance will cover you for your deposit and the cost of the holiday. Please don’t put more pressure on yourself and make sure you are insured. Travel insurance for UK based holidays can be as little as £6.00 per person, please consider this option. Try www.comparethemarket.com or www.gocompare.com for a variety of insurance quotes. Again cover your holiday straight away: buy insurance as soon as you’ve booked your stay and your travel.
Please note: in a case of unforseen circumstance, Highcliffe may need to reallocate you to another room. If we need to cancel your holiday we will fully refund you. In case of cancellation no further payment other than the cost of your stay with Highcliffe will be made.
